	Steven Herrmann, MD, PhD Cardiology Medical Director, Saint Mary’s Medical Group Dr. Herrmann's interests include preventive cardiology, advanced heart failure management, cardiac rehabilitation and cardiac imaging. He has received multiple awards from his peers, including listings in the Consumers' Research Council of America's Top Cardiologists, Best Doctors in America and Who's Who in Medical Educators. He was also recently elected to the International Society of Cardiology. Dr. Herrmann received his Ph.D. in cardiovascular physiology/biophysics from the University of Washington and his medical degree and cardiology training at Saint Louis University. A noted medical educator with multiple textbook chapters and peer-reviewed articles published, Dr. Herrmann is board certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular diseases, echocardiography and nuclear cardiology. Dr. Herrmann is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology and the American Society of Echocardiography.
