	ER Open 24-hours a day, the William N. Pennington Emergency Department is located at 235 W. Sixth St. in downtown Reno. The emergency department serves the general population, and also recently launched the region’s first service line focused on senior emergency care. This includes 24/7 nurse coaches with specialized training in the care of seniors, a home-health liaison who works closely with senior patients and features such as recliner seating for loved ones, clocks with larger numbers, larger-print forms for easier reading and softer mattresses that provide extra comfort.
